An approved committee shall screen the candidates online and offline. The candidates shall take a demo class before the committee followed by an interactive session on important attributes such as communication skills, subject knowledge and attitude. The committee will make a list of guest project facilitators based on the rating obtained for their attributes during the interactive session on a defined scale. The candidates who acquire a minimum of 7 out of 10 shall be included in the list.
No TA or DA is applicable for the candidates attending the screening. The service of medical professionals shall be utilised on need basis and there will not be any employer employee relation with HLL and any of the applicants/ shortlisted guest project facilitators.
