HLL Management Academy (HMA) is an educational and social development initiative of HLL Lifecare Limited (HLL), the Miniratna CPSU under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), Government of India. HMA invites applications from eligible Graduates and Postgraduates for engagement as Paid Interns under its Paid Internship Programme, across the following functional areas:

Nature of Engagement
Interns will assist in study/project-related activities specific to their functional area — including data compilation, analysis, technical development, or research support, as applicable — under the guidance of a designated Reporting Officer. The engagement is a structured learning opportunity and does not constitute regular employment.
Duration
One (1) year, extendable up to two (2) years based on half-yearly performance assessment and organizational requirement.
Stipend

Postgraduates (Category II) | Rs. 12,000/- |
(Stipend subject to periodic revision as approved by the Competent Authority)
